LEGAL // DRAFT
Terms of Use
Effective version: draft 0.1 · August 2026
1. Service
Vdecoty provides a non-custodial interface for reading and interacting with a profile-and-points smart contract on BOT Chain. The service may change, pause, or end.
2. Wallet control
You control your wallet, credentials, recovery phrase, private key, approvals, and transactions. Vdecoty will never ask for a seed phrase or private key.
3. Transactions and fees
Blockchain transactions are public and generally irreversible. Standard activation has a 0 BOT contract payment but requires gas. Boosted activation or upgrade requires exactly 0.01 BOT plus gas.
4. Points
Points are non-transferable participation records. They are not tokens, money, securities, equity, debt, deposits, stored value, or a promise of a future benefit.
5. No financial advice
The service and its materials are not financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The Boosted payment is a product interaction, not an investment.
6. Availability and changes
Network, wallet, RPC, smart-contract, browser, and third-party failures may make the service unavailable. Features and roadmap items may change without creating a launch commitment.
7. Prohibited use
- Do not use the service unlawfully or to evade sanctions or restrictions.
- Do not interfere with the interface, contract, network, or other users.
- Do not misrepresent Vdecoty as an official BOT Chain product.
8. Risks
The Vdecoty contract has not been independently audited. Smart-contract interaction involves software, network, wallet, transaction-finality, fee, privacy, treasury, and regulatory risk.
9. Public data
Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, block information, tier, and points are public onchain and may be copied or indexed by third parties.
10. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without promises of uninterrupted operation, security, profitability, rewards, eligibility, or future value, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Contact
A verified product contact channel will be published before production release. No placeholder email is represented as an active support address.
